✅ Perfect Fit for Bambu Lab P2S Feed Buffer Replacement
This is a dedicated feed buffer accessory designed exclusively for the Bambu Lab P2S 3D printer. Installed on the rear of the printer, it effectively alleviates filament tension fluctuations during feeding, ensuring smooth and consistent filament delivery to prevent jams, uneven extrusion, or printing interruptions.
✅ When to Replace Your Old Feed Buffer
Replace your feed buffer if you notice visible damage to its components or structural parts that causes feeding failure, such as stuck sliders, cracked housing, or loose tube connectors. It is also recommended for replacement after confirmation from technical support that the buffer is the root cause of your feeding issues.
✅ All You Need: 1 Buffer + 1 Hex Wrench
Installation requires only basic tools and no special skills. You will need the new Bambu Lab P2S feed buffer (included in the package) and a standard H2.0 hex wrench (not included). The step-by-step process makes it easy to replace your old buffer in minutes.
4. Step-by-Step Installation Guide
✅ Quick & Simple Installation for Your Bambu Lab P2S Feed Buffer
Remove the Old Buffer:
First, remove the PTFE tubes: press the left-side inlet connector to pull out the feed tube, then push the buffer slider toward the outlet to expose the other connector, press and remove the outlet tube.
Use the hex wrench to remove the 2 fixing screws, flip the buffer over to reveal the connecting wire, press the connector lock to unplug the cable, then remove the old buffer.
Install the New Buffer:
Connect the wire to the new buffer's connector, making sure the locking buckle is aligned correctly. Snap the buffer into the rear mounting holes and tighten the 2 screws with the hex wrench.
Reconnect the PTFE tubes on both sides of the new buffer.
✅ Verify Success & Guaranteed Compatibility with Bambu Lab P2S
After installation, start your printer and run an AMS filament loading test. If the feeding process completes without errors, your Bambu Lab P2S feed buffer replacement is successful. If it fails, double-check the wire connection and PTFE tube seating before retrying.
Important: This feed buffer is only compatible with the Bambu Lab P2S 3D printer and will not fit other models.
