This manual tray heat sealer is a reliable electric device designed specifically for sealing trays with lidding film, making it an ideal choice for food shops and small food processing workshops. It is versatile and efficient, operating frequencies of 50HZ or 60HZ. The packaging speed is 7-8 trays per minute, with a capacity of approximately 480 boxes per hour. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it comes in two power variants: 0.6kW or 0.8kW. The equipment weighs either 10kg or 13.5kg and has dimensions of 62.5*33*24cm or 68.5*39*24.5cm. It is compatible with various tray sizes, including:
- For 14*14cm boxes (custom sizes 14*14*3.5cm, 14*14*5cm): film width 18cm, max film width 26cm, max film diameter 18cm, max tray size 20*14*14cm.
- For 18*12cm boxes (custom sizes 18*12*3.5cm, 18*12*5cm, 18*12*6cm, 18*12*6.8cm): film width 24.5cm, max film width 26cm, max film diameter 18cm, max tray size 20*14*14cm.
