It bridges the height difference between your garage floor and the turn plate surface, creating a smooth, level entry path for the vehicle. That matters because a sudden step at entry compresses the suspension and distorts the geometry you are trying to measure. Level the entry, let the suspension settle, and your readings hold from front to back. What's in the box: - 2x Front Wheel Drive-On Ramp Platforms (shorter) - 2x Rear Wheel Drive-On Ramp Platforms (longer) - Slide-in locking panel system, no fasteners required How to use: 1) Set up on a flat hard floor (concrete or paved). A level surface is the foundation for any alignment reading that holds. 2) Position the ramps under each tire. Longer ramps stage the rear wheels, shorter ramps stage the front. Align ramp centerline with wheel centerline. 3) Roll the vehicle onto the ramps at walking pace. Stop on the flat section. Do not overshoot. 4) Stage your ASWG004 Turn Plates in front of each ramp, plate center matched to wheel center. 5) Bridge with ASWG004-TSB Transition Bridges. Roll forward onto the plates, center the wheels, insert chocks, and let the suspension settle. Pull your readings.
