MAXIMUM N52 STRENGTH IN THE SMALLEST CRAFT SIZE: N52 grade in a 2mm body delivers up to 0.15 lbs pull force – the strongest hold at this diameter for applications where a larger magnet will not fit
DISAPPEARS INSIDE YOUR PROJECT: At 2mm x 1mm each disc hides beneath a single layer of resin or air-dry clay – invisible in the finished piece with no visible bump or outline through transparent media
BUILT FOR RESIN, CLAY AND COSPLAY: Embed in resin molds for pendants and fridge magnets; press into air-dry clay figurines before curing; glue inside reborn doll heads; attach costume details through thin fabric or foam
TRIPLE-LAYER NiCuNi COATING: Three bonded Nickel-Copper-Nickel layers give a smooth finish that will not stain or react with resin, epoxy, or craft adhesives – safe to handle with tweezers during placement
100-PIECE CRAFT PACK: Enough for dozens of resin pours, clay figurines, or costume builds; axially magnetized through flat faces for consistent polarity before the medium sets
وصف
A pendant mold is only 8mm across and the resin is crystal clear – a standard 6mm magnet fills the cavity and shows through the finished piece. At 2mm diameter, these N52 discs sink into the pour with room to spare, lock in place as the resin cures, and disappear completely in the finished work. The same logic applies to polymer clay: press one into an unfired figurine and it hides inside the sculpt without pushing through the walls.
N52 is the highest commercial neodymium grade, which matters at 2mm because there is no room for a weaker grade to compensate with size. The concentrated flux holds a resin pendant to a refrigerator, keeps a clay figurine in place on a magnetic board, and snaps a reborn doll pacifier flush against the mouth without visible hardware. The NiCuNi triple-layer finish does not react with epoxy, UV resin, or E6000 adhesive – no staining, no corrosion, no residue on the magnet face.
For cosplay and costume work, the 2mm disc tucks inside a seam or behind a thin foam panel and holds lightweight decorative details through a single fabric layer without distorting the surface. For paper crafts, handmade journals, and lightweight card closures, the 2mm footprint stays hidden inside the paper layers and holds covers shut reliably. Each magnet is roughly the diameter of a pencil tip – small enough to hide in a fingerprint-sized clay charm, but strong enough to stay put on a steel surface.
One important note for polymer clay: neodymium magnets lose strength above 80°C and standard polymer clay bakes at 110–130°C. Use air-dry clay to embed magnets before curing, or press them into polymer clay after baking while the piece is still warm and secure with a drop of super glue.
Safety: strong pinching hazard despite small size. If swallowed, magnets can cause serious internal injury – keep away from children under 14. Keep away from pacemakers and sensitive electronic devices.
