Special Features

  • High Borosilicate Glass: The jacketed reactor is made of GG17 high borosilicate glass (kettle body thickness ≥5mm) material, which has excellent chemical and physical properties and heat resistance. Reaction kettle body tolerable temperature: -100~250˚C (Excessive temperature differences are prohibited.)
  • Precision Digital Control: Equipped with a deceleration stirrer, it runs smoothly and has strong torque without sparks, supporting 0-500 RPM stepless speed regulation. Equipped with digital display functions for speed and temperature, it enables real-time monitoring and precise control, improving experimental efficiency.
  • Double-Layer Design: The kettle body is made of double-layer transparent glass, the reaction process is clear at a glance, the interlayer is hollow, and the reactor can be used for refrigeration and heating experiments through other equipment. Comes with S-shaped dual coil pipes condenser (ground opening 40/29) for high condensation efficiency.
  • PTFE Sealing: The use of PTFE mechanical seal combined with ceramic bearings, high vacuum degree (-0.098MPa) can be achieved to ensure good airtightness and extended service life. The bottom is equipped with a PTFE discharge valve, which no dead corners design, more convenient discharge.
  • Wide Application: The double-layer glass reactor is a piece of lab equipment used for various biochemical reactions and synthesis reactions under the constant temperature conditions. Can be used with vacuum pumps, high-temperature circulating water baths, low-temperature coolant circulating pumps and other equipment.
