Special Features

  • Materials: The micro-pump adopts thickened aluminum alloy profiles, thickened stainless steel guide rails, thickened acrylic plates, Stepper motor, and has a longer service life.
  • Guide rails: The guide rails are made of thickened 304 stainless steel with a diameter of 8mm, equipped with extended flange bearings. The lead screw adopts T8 lead wire and high-quality pure copper lead screw nuts. The micro pump is integrally solid and not prone to deformation.
  • Controller: The multi-functional controller is equipped with an LCD display. The speed, working time and working mode can be set by touch buttons. Parameters can be saved in the off mode. It is easy to operate, fully functional and accurately controlled.
  • Motor: The equipment adopts Stepper motor, which features high precision, large torque at low speed, and large thrust. The maximum thrust can reach 65N (greater than 6KG).
  • Application: The propeller micro pump is small in size and light in weight, and can be moved to the required location at any time. The equipment is only suitable by laboratory researchers.
