A simple rotation of the DEB4 deburring tool achieves a 15-degree outer chamfer in seconds. The DEB4 removes burrs only from the outer side of the pipe, facilitating assembly with fittings. It offers a comfortable and secure grip. In addition to manual rotation, a 1/2-inch square drive groove on the back allows for use with a ratchet wrench. The DEB4 produces smooth chamfered pipe ends for even solvent application and easy pipe connection. The DEB4 deburring tool is made of die-cast aluminum and features a reversible, sharpenable, and replaceable hardened steel blade. Suitable for six nominal sizes of PVC, CPVC, ABS, and PP pipes up to 4 inches in diameter.
