Operating at AC220V and 2kW, this furnace features a Φ1.57"*19.6" high-temperature transparent SiO₂ working tube and molybdenum-doped alloy wire heating elements. It reaches a maximum temperature of 1100℃ with an effective constant temperature length of 4.7" (120mm).
Equipped with a 30-segment AI programmable PID controller, it ensures ±1℃ accuracy and ±3℃ uniformity. The K-type thermocouple and intelligent automatic temperature controller support a heating rate of 0-15℃/min, ensuring precise and automated operation.
Designed for high-temperature atmosphere sintering, CVD experiments, and vacuum annealing, this equipment is ideal for universities and research institutes. It precisely handles inert gases like nitrogen and argon, meeting stringent experimental requirements for industrial and mining enterprises.
Safety is paramount with built-in leakage protection, over-temperature alarms, and upper/lower limit temperature deviation alarms. The stainless steel compression seal flange ensures secure sealing, while the maximum positive pressure remains safely below 0.02 MPa.
The furnace chamber uses alumina polycrystalline insulation material, enclosed in a durable laser-processed iron plate shell with baking paint. Please note: The machine comes with a US plug, but for security concerns, it is highly recommended to connect directly to a circuit breaker.
