Special Features

  • Fitment: Bike fork expander bung plug is compatible with carbon fiber front forks and mountain suspension front forks with upper outer diameter of 28.6mm. Sliver bicycle fork expander is compatible with most bikes, such as mountain bikes, folding bikes or road bikes
  • Specification: The outer diameter of carbon fork compression plug is1.1in, expansion range is 0.8 to 1in. You can adjust expansion range according to actual inner diameter of front fork mounting hole. Please confirm size of bike fork expander carefully before purchasing
  • Anti Slip: The outer shell of compression plug is knurled and T6 heat treated to increase friction with front fork, preventing bolts from loosening. Compared to ordinary bolts without knurling and heat treatment, bike expander plug provides stable locking for front fork
  • Sturdy Material: The shell of compression plug carbon steerer is made of high strength aluminum alloy, with 304 stainless steel screws inside. Fork stem compressor plug can withstand the vibration during riding, which is not easy to deform or break after long term use
  • Easy to Install: Insert bicycle headset expander into mounting hole of front fork, so that knurled part on the shell fits closely with inner wall of front fork. Use 5 or 6 socket head wrench to align screw on the top of carbon fork compression plug and tighten it firmly
