U-groove bearings for precision general purpose parts compared with the general mechanical parts need to be more meticulous and careful installation and commissioning treatment.
1) Keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean as far as possible in closed or semi-enclosed conditions for installation and use;
2) The need to use suitable tools and methods (heating) to install bearings to avoid savage knocks to cause a strong impact on the bearing damage the internal channel;
3) Keep the bearing well lubricated and use the appropriate lubricant;
4) Pay attention to bearing anti-rust avoid use in wet places installation and disassembly need to wear gloves;
5) Develop daily operating specifications for the use of bearings;
6) If there are high temperature high speed and other special operating conditions please communicate with our company in advance we will make appropriate adjustments to the product to meet the supporting use.
U-Groove Bearing Storage
U-Groove bearings in the factory are coated with the right amount of rust resistant oil and anti-rust paper packaging as long as the packaging is not destroyed the quality of the bearing will be guaranteed.
However when storing for a long time it is advisable to store on a shelf above 30cm on the ground under the condition that the humidity is less than 65% and the temperature is about 20 ℃. In addition the safe place should avoid direct sunlight or touch with cold walls.
