First, push the roller in the direction of the arrow until it can no longer be pushed. (Note: You will feel significant resistance while pushing; if you do not feel resistance, please check whether the pushing direction is correct; if the pushing direction is correct, try shaking the roller by hand or pressing the roller down and then trying again.) 2. Release the roller, which will begin to move in a horizontal circular motion inside the sphere, then rotate your wrist. (ps: The direction of wrist rotation should be consistent with the direction of the roller's circular motion, and during the wrist rotation, carefully feel the force generated by the gyro ball.) 3.
