Description

Replacement ODS & Pilot Flame assembly for built-in oven. ODS (Oxygen Depletion Sensor) uses a thermocouple component as a sensor to monitor the pilot flame. When the flame temperature is reached, the thermocouple will provide a voltage output to the gas electromagnetic valve to allow gas flow. If the flame temperature is under 400°C, the thermocouple will not produce enough voltage to activate the gas valve, and it will remain closed.
