HOW TO USE TIE DOWN RETRACTABLE
1.Secure both hooks to designated anchor points.
2.Keep pressing the yellow button tighten the excess strap to fit length.
3.Press the yellow button then pull the handle back and forth in the locking area to tighten the strap.
4.Leave the handle in the locking area after confirming the strap in taut.
5.Press the yellow button and push the handle down to unlock point unload.
