When to Replace:
Replace when the sun visor will not stay in the parked (up) position, falls down on its own while driving, or the original clip has cracked, broken off, or is missing entirely. Aged factory clips become brittle from cabin heat and UV exposure and snap when pushed. If one side has failed, the other side is usually close behind, which is why this part is sold as a pair.
