This supercharger rebuild kit is designed for the supercharger used in 300HP Sea-Doo personal watercraft powered by the BRP Rotax 1630cc ACE supercharged engine from 2016 through 2025. The kit contains all components required to rebuild the supercharger assembly including new bearings, seals, washers, and gaskets to restore proper boost pressure and supercharger operation. The compressor wheel is not included and should be inspected during rebuild and replaced if damaged. The BRP Rotax 1630cc ACE supercharged engine delivers 300 horsepower and powers the high-performance Sea-Doo PWC lineup. The GTX LTD 300 and GTX STD 300 are touring-oriented models while the RXP X 300 and RXT X 300 are competition-oriented platforms. The GTR-X 300 and Fish Pro Apex 300 are newer additions to the 300HP lineup. All 300HP models share the same supercharger architecture.
