UM-1 electric actuator driver can be equipped with ball valve and butterfly valve
Product introduction:
1. Direct-connected electric motor drivers need to be installed on ISO 5211 high-platform valves or butterfly valves.
2. UM/R series electric motor drivers are low power consumption, high torque electric motor drivers.
3. All seams of the overall shell are equipped with waterproof seals. They are IP67 certified and can be installed in various outdoor environments.
4. The opening speed is stable, which can effectively avoid water hammer and increase the service life of pipe fittings.
5. For the UM/R series electric motor driver series, the valve switch position can be checked through the top window or side, or the position can be displayed by the indicator light through the wiring control box.

Product shell:
1. Waterproof grade IP67
2. The shell part is made of materials such as "NYLON" that are resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali, and impact resistance.
3. The shell is also made of aluminum alloy (optional).

Things to note:
1. When using manual operation or maintenance, please turn off the power first to avoid parts damage and danger. When using manual operation, it is recommended that the length of the wrench (8m/m opening) should not exceed 10 cm. Turn gently. If the turn is very tight, please first check whether the valve body is locked. Do not use brute force to hard turn to avoid damage to internal parts.
*Note: Do not use other rods to turn the handwheel, otherwise the electric motor driver and valve will be damaged.
2. After the wiring work is completed, check whether the waterproof device (O-ring) has fallen off, then lock the casing, and tighten the cable fixing head screws to prevent dust or rain from penetrating. (It is recommended that customer wiring should be at least 6Φ)
3. If two or more electric valves need to be opened or closed synchronously, please install additional relays, one for each, and cannot be used in series or parallel.
4. When using manual operation, please be careful that the window pointer does not exceed the scale range to avoid damage to the internal components. (Proportional type: The variable resistor (VR) is damaged)
