1. I bought this to get as much light as possible on the rear. This lights up really bright when braking, and has turn signals as well. Just what I needed!
2. The only issue is if you already have the LED turn signals set as running/turn/brake, and you have this LED taillight, this is not 100% plug and play. You will need to understand basic wiring and do some minimal splicing.
3. After almost being rear ended I have been working on making myself more noticable from the rear and this will help.
