Note: If you can't start your motor, please do as following: 1. Check the Battery condition: Use a multimeter. A healthy motorcycle battery should read ~12.6V at rest. If it drops below ~10V when you try to crank, the battery is likely weak; 2. Check the Connections: Inspect battery terminals, ground wires, and starter cables. Clean and tighten them — corrosion or looseness can cause a “no-turn” situation; 3. Check the starter relay/solenoid: When you press the starter button: Click heard? That means the relay is working, but power might not be reaching the motor; No click? Then the relay, starter button, clutch/side-stand switch, or wiring may be faulty
4. Test the starter motor itself: Remove the starter and bench test it with jumper cables directly from the battery (positive to terminal, negative to casing/ground): If it spins strongly → the issue is elsewhere (relay, wiring, battery); If it doesn't spin → the motor is faulty. If the starter motor itself is bad: Common issues: Worn brushes → can be replaced if you open it up; Seized bearings → motor won't turn, needs overhaul/replacement; Burned commutator → requires repair or replacement.
