The Lizixny Fuel Petcock Valve is a precision replacement component designed specifically for the 1996-2004 Honda XR400R off-road motorcycle.
Over time, the original fuel petcock on the XR400R is prone to internal seal deterioration and lever mechanism wear. A failing petcock can cause fuel leaks, difficulty starting after storage, or intermittent fuel starvation during rides. The complete fuel tank assembly is expensive to replace, but the petcock itself is a simple bolt-on component.
The Lizixny replacement petcock restores proper fuel control to your XR400R. The lever provides three positions: ON for normal riding, OFF for storage and transport, and RESERVE for accessing the remaining fuel when the main supply runs low. The non-vacuum manual design is simple, reliable, and matches the original equipment configuration.
Installation is straightforward. Drain the fuel tank, remove the two mounting bolts securing the old petcock, clean the gasket surface, and install the new Lizixny petcock using the original hardware. Reconnect the fuel line and you are ready to ride.
