This kit has a universal fit, but it only protects one catalytic converter. If you need to protect more than one, you can purchase two, three, or four-packs for additional coverage.

For vehicles frequently parked in less secure locations where the catalytic converter is easy to reach and remove (a thief can cut it off in roughly two minutes), purchasing this product is recommended to prevent theft. The shield attaches securely under the catalytic converter, providing added protection.

When secured under your catalytic converter, this stainless steel shield effectively covers the vulnerable area that thieves often target. The material can embed into a cut‑off wheel, possibly causing it to eventually explode, or it can rapidly and badly passivate a saw blade. In many cases, this can deter a theft attempt.
