The 16E844 Inlet Valve Repair Kit is an integrated repair solution designed to accurately and efficiently repair issues such as paint machine failure to suck material or severe paint backflow from the feed port caused by wear, rust, or scratches on the intake valve components.
At the same time, the inlet valve replacement kit can be used as a replacement part for graco x7 inlet valves (only for B/C/D series) and graco magnum x5 (B/C/D/E series), and is perfectly compatible with mainstream models such as Project Painter Plus, LTS15, LTS17, etc.
Our inlet valve replacement kit includes: intake valve housing, high-precision ball valve, and compression spring. The intake valve housing serves as the installation base and is connected to the pump body through threads to achieve leak prevention at the source. The ball valve is precisely matched with the valve seat inside the shell to ensure strict one-way flow of paint and prevent backflow. The compression spring provides constant pressure to the ball valve, ensuring that it can quickly reset and tightly fit with the valve seat when the pump stops working, restoring the seal.
