The Boss tire from JConcepts is a new design made with a sticky green compound. The narrow 1.38 carcass platform and 4.25 overall diameter are specifically designed for 1.9 wheels, making it a great choice for the Sporty Mini class.

The tread layout features a base pallet with overlaying bar tread, providing the flexibility needed to grip and conquer a variety of terrain. The tread pattern includes H and + shaped elements, combining rugged and flexible tread design.

The continuous carcass has minimal lettering and logo height, giving it a clean look while allowing for competition-friendly slide and grind. The tire pins have a radius built in, creating an arched tread pattern in the radial orientation and a bridge structure horizontally. The block and bar layout provides forward flex grip with sideload stability.

The edges of the pins are held back from the sidewall area to minimize overhang, and the exposed sidewall rubber helps in dry conditions where the sticky compound can provide traction without hindrance. Embossed logos, part numbers, and sizing help identify the performance and heritage of the design.
