This innovative product boasts unique properties: it's soft and malleable like putty, it needs to demold the mixture within minutes of it being mixed. perfectly conforming to any surface, it can be easily and seamlessly removed. Whether creating realistic resin molds, intricate patterns for handmade soaps, making wax models, prototyping products, or completing delicate artwork restorations, it's the ultimate material tool you can rely on.
How to Use:
1. Preparation: Ensure the surface of the object you are replicating or touching is clean and dry. For porous surfaces, it is recommended to apply a layer of sealant first for best results.
2. Application and Shaping: Using clean hands, take an appropriate amount of putty in a 1:1 volume ratio. Knead briefly to soften and enhance its elasticity. Then press, or fill it onto the target object. For flat molds, simply peel them off gently from the edges; for three-dimensional molds, you need to remove them in half or cut them open for demolding.
3. Creating a Molds/Fixing: For mold-making, ensure the putty evenly coats the object to a thickness of at least 1/4 inch (6mm) for strength, and gently press to remove air bubbles.
4. Curing Waiting: Place the artwork on a flat surface and allow it to cure. Curing time depends on thickness (thin layers may take a few hours, thick layers require 24 hours or more).
Precautions:
1. Immediately tighten the lid after use to prevent residual material from curing inside the container.
2. Store in a cool, dry place.
3. Curing speed depends on temperature.
