Key installation points
Tighten the screws twice, and it is strictly prohibited to tighten them all at once
Step 1: First, gently tighten and secure all screws in diagonal (oblique) order to ensure that the cover is evenly fitted and the gasket is not offset.
Step 2: After pre tightening all screws in place, tighten them evenly in batches to the specified torque in the same diagonal order to avoid uneven local stress that may cause deformation of the cover or damage to the gasket, ultimately leading to oil leakage.
The consequences of incorrect operations
Directly tightening the screws all at once or tightening them unilaterally in sequence can cause uneven stress on the sealing surface, deformation of the cover, misalignment/crushing of the gasket, and a high probability of oil leakage.
