LXP Series 100W
This product adopts a TO-247 package with a directly exposed ceramic substrate structure and is used with dedicated mounting spring clips in conjunction with a heat sink. It offers high rated power and pulse load capability.
Rated power: 100W when the center temperature of the base plate is 25°C
