Special structure of the dripper In the development process of the FLOWER DRIPPER DEEP 27, we have always considered the dripper and paper balance and pursued the dripper that fulfills “the ultimate cup”. We were able to design such a special flower dripper structure, only because CAFEC has a thorough knowledge of coffee paper filter. 1. Perfect rib height Even if the bottom angle is narrowed, the brewing speed will not drop. This is because the height of the ribs is subtly changed towards the bottom hole. This ideal rib height maintains an appropriate air layer between the paper and the dripper until the end and generate a firm osmotic pressure inside the dripper to brew a delicious coffee. 2. The best size for the bottom hole Adjusting the height of the rib inevitably changes the size of the bottom hole. However, if the bottom hole is too big, the paper will protrude too much from the dripper, and it will not be able to withstand the weight of coffee powder with hot water in the latter half of the brewing, and the paper may tear easily. On the other hand, if the bottom hole is too small, the paper will not protrude much, and the powder will clog near the bottom hole and slow down the brewing speed. DEEP 27 dripper shape can hold the strength of paper until the end and not reduce the brewing speed. After many trials, finally we reached the best size for the bottom hole. 3.
