How to Use
Step 1
Before use, place the ice cream maker upside down in the freezer at -18°C and freeze for 10–12 hours or longer.
Step 2
Pour yogurt, sorbet, or drinks onto the frozen surface. Use the spatulas to spread and stir the mixture evenly across the plate.
Step 3
After a few minutes, the liquid will gradually freeze into a slushy or solid texture.
Step 4
Scrape and roll (or scoop) the frozen mixture into a bowl and enjoy.
