Rugged 5-Port Gigabit Industrial Switch for Harsh Environments This unmanaged industrial Ethernet switch features 4×1G RJ45 ports + 1×1G uplink, designed for reliable performance in extreme temperatures (-40~75°C). The rugged metal housing and high-strength casting make it resistant to shock, dust, and moisture – ideal for factory floors, traffic control systems, outdoor surveillance, and renewable energy installations. Redundant Power for Maximum Uptime Unlike consumer switches, this industrial model accepts 12~55V DC through dual 4-pin terminal blocks (redundant V1 and V2) plus a 2.1mm DC jack. If one supply fails, the switch continues operating without interruption. Built-in surge protection (4KV common mode on ports, 2KV on power) and ESD protection (8KV air) safeguard your equipment. Extend Mode – Break the 100m Limit A physical D/E mode button lets you choose: D (Normal) mode : All ports operate at 10/100/1000Mbps up to 100m (328ft). E (Extend) mode : Ports 1-4 are forced to 10Mbps, extending transmission distance up to 250m (820ft) – great for long‑distance IP cameras or sensors where speed isn't critical but distance is. Easy Installation & Silent Operation Fanless design means zero noise and longer lifespan. Mount it on a DIN rail (standard), wall, or desktop.
