Originally built on the banks of the Green River in Massachusetts, Russell Green River Works became the oldest cutlery manufacturer in the country. These blades are made of high carbon 1095 steel, flat ground with a satin finish, high on functionality and low on frills. Tried and true blade and tang shapes that are still in use today because they work! These blade blanks are marked with RGRW's logo and "Made in the U.S.A." Tangs may have slight rust spots on them that can be buffed off during assembly.
