CHICKEN PATTIES:- This freeze dried product is raw and does require cooking after rehydrating. Rehydrate patties as soon as a can is opened. Use enough lukewarm (90-100 F) salted water to cover the meat. Handle patties carefully as they may break easily. Soak for 5-10 minutes or until patties are moistened and fully reconstituted. If any hard spots are felt, soak an additional 5-10 minutes.
CONVENIENT & STORAGE:- These are perfect for storing and using for many years! You can open just one can at a time and in 5-10 minutes cook one or as many of these as you want however you would cook any other chicken patty!!! Perfect for camping, boating, traveling, or at the cabin.
ONCE OPENED THEY WILL LAST:- up to 1 year in a Zip Lock bag with refrigeration once opened but not re-hydrated, up to 60 days in a zip lock bag without refrigeration once opened, but not re-hydrated, up to 5 days in the fridge once they are re-hydrated.

These chicken patties are current production over-runs, manufactured in 2024, from a large military defense contractor. We just purchased a large lot of these from a Defense Reutilization Office (DRO) Source.
