Description

This pilot unloader check valve is designed for gaspowered air compressors, integrating check valve, pilot unloader, and safety relief functions to regulate airflow and system pressure. It also comes with a PTFE tape (thread sealing tape) for secure and leak free installation.

Factory preset at 145–175 PSI, it automatically controls compressor loading and unloading, while the built in 325 PSI safety valve provides overpressure protection.

The valve features a 5/8" inverted flare inlet, 1/2" FNPT outlet, and 1/8" FNPT control port, ensuring compatibility with standard system connections.

Compatible with Ingersoll Rand 49816283C T30 Gas Air Compressor, serving as a direct replacement for part number.
