【Here are some signals indicating the need to replace your carbon brushes】
1.Shortened Length
Replacement is required when the carbon brushes 0502025007 are worn to half of their original length.
2.Abnormal Surface Wear
Replacement is necessary if grooves and cracks appear and the surface becomes rough.
3.Abnormal Spring
Check that the spring is not rusty, broken, or lacking in elasticity. If the spring cannot provide sufficient pressure, the conversion will fail.
4.Abnormal Noise or Vibration
Your equipment may malfunction and produce noise if the carbon brushes are worn out.
5.Sparks Appear
