Description

This straight router bit is designed for template/ pattern routing. This versatile pattern router bit has a shank-mounted ball-bearing pilot that follows the edge of your template to create exact duplicates for parts, joints, and internal cuts. Ideal for use with a handheld router or table mounted router, it delivers smooth plunge cuts across a variety of woodworking projects. Whether you're shaping or repeating detailed patterns, this bit provides the control serious woodworkers expect from woodworking router bits. Please Note: Reduce feed by 30-50% to prevent tool breakage due to extremely small diameter (D). Bits are not assured against breakage due to their extremely small diameter. Up Shear and Down-Shear Angles: These shear angles cut faster, cleaner, and last longer than straight angle bits because of the chip removal speed. Amana Tool recommends using a shear angle in most instances, especially where large diameters are used.
