Foretinib (GSK1363089) is a synthetic, small anticancer compound. It potently and competitively inhibits MET and VEGFR2 (IC50=0.4 and 0.9nM), enzymes thought to stimulate tumor growth and angiogenesis. It has previously been tested in clinical trials for breast cancer and NSCLC, but no product resulted from these trials.
