وصف

Nitric oxide synthase, an enzyme, produces NO from L-arginine. The antiserum, derived from a unique synthetic peptide of rat cerebellar NOS, lacks homology with other proteins. Staining is eliminated upon absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum.
