This kit, designed for Human Cystatin-Sn (CST1) detection, features a pre-coated assay plate with mouse anti-Human Cystatin SN monoclonal antibody. Upon adding a sample, Cystatin SN binds to the well antibodies. Subsequently, a horseradish peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-Human Cystatin SN Antibody binds to the Cystatin SN in the sample. After washing, substrate solutions are added, and color intensity indicates Human Cystatin SN presence. The reaction is halted with an acidic stop solution, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
