This kit, designed for Mouse IFNAR1 detection, features a pre-coated assay plate with mouse anti-Mouse IFNAR1 monoclonal antibodies. Upon adding the sample, IFNAR1 binds to these antibodies. Subsequently, a horseradish peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-Mouse IFNAR1 antibody is added, binding to IFNAR1 in the sample. After washing, substrate solutions are added, and the color intensity indicates the amount of Mouse IFNAR1 present. The reaction is halted with an acidic stop solution, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
