This compact double wire braid hydraulic hose provides high pressure service with tight bends for pressures up to 3000 PSI. This hose is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, water/glycol, water and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricants, crude oil, fuel oils, air and water. This hydraulic hose is made up of two high tensile steel wire braids separated by smooth rubber. It has a service temperature range of -40° F to 212° F and supports a 6" minimum bend radius. This hose meets or exceeds EN 857 2SC and exceeds SAE 100 R16. For air or gas application above 250 PSI (1.7 Mpa) the cover should be pin-pricked. This is a hydraulic hose assembly has a female JIC straight swivel fitting installed on one side and a male NPT straight fitting installed on the other side. These assemblies are installed with hydraulic crimp fittings.
