This CLIA kit employs the Sandwich-CLIA method. It comes with a micro CLIA plate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse ABCA1. Samples or Standards are added to the plate wells, combined with the specific antibody. Then, a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse ABCA1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each well and incubated. Unbound components are washed away. The substrate solution is added, and only wells containing Mouse ABCA1, biotinylated detection antibody, and Avidin-HRP conjugate exhibit luminescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured at 425nm using a Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value directly correlates with the concentration of Mouse ABCA1, allowing you to calculate its concentration in samples by comparing the RLU value to the standard curve.
