Corrected Installation Steps (Enclosure Version):Step 1: Isolate all power sources. Unscrew the four corner screws on the faceplate to open the enclosure lid (the switch unit is attached to the lid).
Step 2: Use the base of the exterior box as a template to mark and drill mounting holes on your desired surface. Secure the box base firmly using appropriate hardware.
Step 3: Remove the pre-cut knockouts on the sides of the box. Thread your power cables through these openings (using cable glands for added protection if needed).
Step 4: Connect the leads to the 8 screw terminals on the switch unit following the 1-0-2 logic diagram. Ensure all connections are tightened for 63A load capacity.
Step 5: Reattach the lid to the base and tighten the four outer screws. Verify the handle moves smoothly before energizing the circuit.
