UltraNuclease, also known as a broad-spectrum nuclease, is a non-specific endonuclease sourced from Serratia Marcescen. It degrades DNA and RNA in diverse forms and conditions, producing 5'-monophosphate oligonucleotides of 2-5 bases. Widely employed to eliminate nucleic acids from biological products, UltraNuclease can later be removed using appropriate methods.
