The installation instructions and the
selection of linear displacement sensor range need to leave margin. It is
recommended to select a slightly larger range based on the actual travel. When
installing the sensor, it is advisable to leave the allowance evenly at both
ends, and then lock the bracket screws after the position is adjusted. 2. The
two ends of KP twisted linear displacement sensor are twisted and fixed, and
there is no special requirement for installation to neutral. 3. The length of
the linear displacement sensor is connected to the circuit as a voltage divider
to display the actual value of the measured position with relative voltage. The
sensor power supply voltage should be stable, and the industrial power supply
requires ± 0.1% stability, otherwise the measured data will fluctuate greatly
The power supply should have sufficient capacity. If the power supply capacity
is too small, it is easy to cause the display data to jump, especially when the
solenoid valve drive power supply and the sensor power supply are together, the
digital jump is more likely to occur. 6. There shall be no external
interference, including electrostatic interference and high-frequency
interference. Therefore, the sensor signal line should be routed with the
equipment power line in separate slots; The sensor shall be installed with a
forced grounding bracket, and the sensor housing shall be well grounded; The
shielded wire shall be used for the signal wire, and the shielded wire shall be
grounded or connected to the negative pole of the DC power supply at one end of
the electric box. 7. The sensor should be wired correctly. If the wiring is
wrong, the sensor may be seriously damaged. 8. For sensors used for a long
time, the contact resistance of the brush will be affected due to the invasion
of water, oil, dust, etc., which will cause the measured data of the sensor to
jump.
