Description
The KF - VCR Female Adapters are made out of Stainless Steel.
KF (also referred to as NW) assemblies consist of two Flanges, a Center-Ring and an aluminum Clamp.
Clamps are assembled with wing nuts to insure ease of use over time without tools.
A uniform application of pressure on the clamp insures a vacuum seal. The mating flange surfaces compress the O-Ring, which is held in place by a metal centering ring, to generate the vacuum seal.
VCR fittings seal by the compression of a gasket between two highly polished beads on the surfaces of the VCR connectorsl.Adapters available with male and female VCR connectors terminating in either CF or KF flangesl.
