2. The less the tool extends out of the chuck, the better. If the tool is extended for a long time, reduce the feed speed or the amount of cutting.
3. In case of abnormal movement or sound during cutting, reduce the speed of the spindle and the amount of cutting until the situation improves.
4. Steel cooling is a good way to spray or inject air to achieve high titanium aluminum performance and no water soluble cutting fluid is recommended for titanium and stainless steel alloys or heat-resistant alloys.
5. The cutting mode depends on the influence of the machine and the software of the part. The above data is for reference only. When cutting conditions are stable, increase feed speed by 30% to 50%.
