Device Settings:
- When there is noise when connecting a microphone, it can be solved by the following settings.
1. Some Android devices need to enable OTG mode to ensure stable power supply. Enter the phone settings to check whether the OTG function is enabled.
2. Some audio transfer cables do not support high sampling rate audio transmission, resulting in a mismatch between the audio format of the device and that of mobile phones or computers. You can try adjusting the sampling rate to 44.1kHz or 48kHz on the device side (such as the Shure MOTIV App).
3. Update the firmware of Shure microphones (by downloading tools from the official website), or check whether the USB audio driver on the computer/mobile phone is the latest version.
