Exidor's panic touch bar lock, featuring horizontal Pullman latches for two-point locking, is perfect for sports halls, public areas, and front-of-house use. Latches fit into the side frame, eliminating the need for floor or transom drilling. Operation involves pressing the bar to retract latches, with bar release returning them to rest. Available in two standard sizes for doors up to 900mm (model 416) or 1200mm (model 417) wide. Optional microswitch, alarm, and holdback dogging features are available, but holdback is not suitable for fire doors. Certified compliant with EN 1125, it's suitable for timber doors up to FD120 and FD120/FD240 metal doors.
