  • Product Specifications: This O-ring set includes 5 Buna-Nitrile seals with dimensions of 2-1/4" ID, 2-1/2" OD, and 1/8" width. Meeting AS568A Aerospace Size Standards, these versatile rubber rings serve as reliable replacements for 2 inch O-ring and 2.5 inch O-ring applications across various industrial and mechanical uses. The round cross-section design ensures effective sealing between overlapping mating surfaces.
  • Material Compatibility:​Made of Buna-Nitrile material with 70A durometer hardness, these O-rings perform effectively with petroleum-based oils, HFA/HFB/HFC fluids, vegetable oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, silicone greases, ethylene glycol, dilute acids, and water below 100°C (212°F). Buna-nitrile is vulnerable to acetone, ethers, esters, ozone, sunlight and weathering and should therefore not be used in ozone-generating electric motors, welding equipment, or in applications with exposure to UV light.
  • Temperature Resistance:​With a functional temperature range of -35°C (-31°F) to 120°C (248°F), these O-rings maintain flexibility and sealing integrity in both extreme cold and high-heat environments.
