Cure Times table 0.25 inch (6 mm) thickness. No loading or immersion: 4 hrs at 5°C, 3 hrs at 10°C, 2.5 hrs at 15°C, 1.75 hrs at 20°C, 1 hr at 25°C. Machining / light loading: 6 hrs at 5°C, 4 hrs at 10°C, 3 hrs at 15°C, 2 hrs at 20°C, 1.5 hrs at 25°C. Full mechanical / thermal loading: 4 days at 5°C, 2 days at 10°C, 1.5 days at 15°C, 1 day at 20°C, 20 hrs at 25°C. Immersion in chemicals: 5 days at 5°C, 4 days at 10°C, 3 days at 15°C, 2 days at 20°C, 1.5 days at 25°C.

A 2-part epoxy-based repair composite designed for metal repair and protection against the effects of erosion and corrosion. This solvent-free repair composite has excellent chemical resistance and will bond to all metals and most other rigid surfaces. It is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work. It is ideally suited to be overcoated with Belzona 1321 Ceramic S-Metal to ensure long-lasting performance.
Can also be used as a high strength structural adhesive for metal bonding and to create irregular load bearing shims.
