Trouble Shooting
Symptoms 1 Motor always spin slowly and not stop
Remedies 1 Please install the whole item on the door to test,the door opener need to find a closing position firstly, if not installed, the motor just keep spin very very slowly in one direction and not stop. The system will go to a properly operation after find a closing position. If want to test on your workbench, you can install a arm, and manually stop in a position. (As closing position), And then give system a open signal.
Symptoms 2 The door opens in wrong direction and machine does not work
Remedies 2 Power off, manually open the door in half open,then power on, the door goes to closing direction, if not, change the open direction
Symptoms 3 Rebound when closing the door,repeat open and close actions
Remedies 3 Clear the obstacle away or increasing the closing force by hand programmer
Symptoms 4 Electric Lock not work
Remedies 4 Please press the lock button on the remote for first close
