This Lunera HID LED vertical lamp is a LED replacement for a metal halide or high pressure sodium lamp. It replaces HID lamps with a medium E26 screw base up to 175W. This LED lamp is intended for Type b, ballast bypassed installations. It is designed to operate directly off of 120/277V line voltage in open or enclosed fixtures that have had the HID ballast bypassed or removed by an electrical contractor. The lamp delivers up to 69 percent in energy savings, higher fixture lumens over the life of the lamp and superior light quality. It also integrates surge protection up to 7KV, eliminating the need for external devices. Popular applications include low-bay Pendants, recessed or surface mount fixtures.
